本系教授周耀輝教授憑〈人啊人〉榮獲第34屆金曲獎「最佳作詞人獎」，這首作品是贏得這個獎項的第一首廣東歌。

Our Professor, Prof. Chow Yiu Fai, was recognized as “Best Lyricist” at The 34th Golden Melody Awards. His lyrics work “Homo Sapiens” is the first Cantonese song which won this award.
