Third HMW Festival 2021 想像之巔，一門之隔 Let’s Knock to Unlock

This year, the topic of the Festival is “門” (Door) and the English name is Haau1. “Haau1” can refer to the Chinese word “敲” (Knock). Meanwhile, the sound of “Haau1” is the same as “How”. We aim at providing a door that serves as an entrance to questioning about how we can redefine the campus creatively. By knocking for more possibilities, we hope the campus users could open their own door for imagining and reconstructing their way of interactions with space. We have designed 6 creative installations to meet our aim. As a remarkable start for the festival, we plan to have an opening ceremony on Monday.

Venue: Room 501, Fong Shu Chuen Library, Ho Sin Hang Campus (FSC 501)

Alongside the ceremony, a short guided tour will be held at around 13:50. The tour would be held for around 15 minutes. We will guide you to the exhibition we have prepared. 

人創節2021：門/Haau1

校園空間壁壘分明，劃分與定義根深蒂固，關上了我們對空間的想像。我們上學放學，經過走過，沒有交疊，不留痕跡。

在此，我們或佈下新的空間，或搖動空間的邊界，或將空間交錯又重疊，讓熟悉的校園流變遊移，變出更多層次。

本次人創節的主題為「門」，門正正承載著無限可能：門可以讓我們往返不同空間；「門」內配上不同的字，亦產生更多意義，就像我們的各個裝置作品，均以「門」部首的字為名；當「門」字加上邊旁「人」，就是陪伴的我「們」。英文主題「Haau1」，則敲響我們內心的重門深鎖，鼓勵我們繼續敲，繼續問，問更多的How。一起找連接空間與一切變幻的大門，敲一敲，帶著好奇與幻想，走過去。
