Yutian Ren is a Ph.D. candidate at Hong Kong Baptist University. She is an independent documentary filmmaker and film education practitioner. She has participated in several research and practical projects on film education for children conducted by the China Film Education Research Center in mainland China. Her research interests include children’s film education and cinema’s contribution to public values.
